Each participant has access to a workplace trainer/mentor who will work with them to:

  • identify and establish a suitable training pathway at enrolment
  • offer support throughout the training and work trial
  • manage the process of gaining a work trial position
  • manage the transition from a work trial placement to full time employment

Each program participant can continue to work with their mentor for an additional 12-16 weeks after completing the program. Participants who have obtained employment can engage with their mentor to help manage the transition and discuss methods of sustaining employment. Participants that are yet to obtain a position will be given career guidance and coaching on a regular basis.
